How long have you been making music and what attracted you to it?
Since 2008 – 2009, having a way to express myself is what attracted me to music.
What were your first project and the people you worked with and which year?
My first project is called “Thought You Should Know” which is an EP I recorded at D.I.R Studio in Montreal Canada with Blackstar.
Who or what inspires you or motivates you? And why?
I’m inspired by artists like Burna Boy, Tems & Fireboy DML, I appreciate their pen game and artistry.
What are your friends and parents’ thoughts on your career in singing?
Both my friends and parents are very supportive of my career and wish to see me succeed.
What are some of the challenges you face in your career path?
Some challenges I face are when it comes to marketing and doing shows, I don’t have enough resources.
How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?
I think the internet is a useful tool to spread the word about music and art etc.
Do you have any advice for aspiring songwriters?
Writing is important, no matter how good you think you’ve gotten never stop writing.
What is your current project about?
My current project is a continuation of what I’ve done so far, I’m currently preparing to release my next single which is called “Heaven”. Heaven” is a breakup song about finding peace at the end of a relationship.
What does this song mean to you?
“Heaven” simply means that no matter what happened, mentally I am at peace now, it’s all in the mind.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are networking, listening to music, watching movies & TV shows, hanging out with friends and having wine.
What do you do aside from this profession?
Aside from music, I do a lot of research, networking and content creation.
